Please include your ReelAlign version, iOS version, device model, and the step where the problem occurred. Do not attach private photos or videos unless specifically requested.

Importing

ReelAlign imports only media selected through Apple's Photos or Files picker.

Saving to Photos

Photos permission is requested only when Save to Photos is chosen. If access was denied, it can be changed in iOS Settings.

ReelAlign Pro

ReelAlign Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited exports. Use Restore Purchase from the About screen or paywall when an eligible purchase is not recognized.

Failed exports

Keep the app in the foreground when retrying, confirm adequate free storage, and try a shorter project to isolate the source clip.
