ReelAlign Terms of Use

Effective date: July 22, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of ReelAlign and supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ReelAlign on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules. ReelAlign and its original software, interface, branding, and documentation remain the property of the developer and its licensors.

Your media and exports

You retain ownership of photos, videos, audio, and other content you import, as well as any rights you hold in the exports you create. ReelAlign does not claim ownership of your media.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, edit, export, and share your content, including any music, trademarks, copyrighted works, or likenesses it contains.

ReelAlign performs automated visual analysis to align people, objects, or scenes. Results can vary with lighting, motion, framing, occlusion, media quality, and device capabilities. You should review an export before publishing or relying on it.

Purchases

ReelAlign includes one successful export. An export is successful when ReelAlign produces a usable output file; failure to add a separate copy to Projects does not provide another included export when that output remains available to save or share. ReelAlign Pro is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited exports for the Apple account entitled to the purchase. The price and currency shown by the App Store at the time of purchase apply. ReelAlign Pro is not an auto-renewing subscription.

Apple processes payment, purchase verification, restoration, Family Sharing eligibility, and refund requests under its own terms. You can use Restore Purchase in the app to ask Apple to restore an eligible purchase. Availability of Family Sharing depends on Apple's rules, the purchaser's settings, and storefront support.

The purchase unlocks the ReelAlign Pro functionality offered by the compatible version of the app. It does not promise every future feature, platform, or service.

Acceptable use

You may not:

Availability and changes

Features may change as ReelAlign is improved. The developer may release updates, fix defects, change device or operating-system requirements, or discontinue features. Continued availability of the app or compatibility with every media format is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReelAlign is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not fully apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of content, revenue, or opportunity; or claims resulting from your use of or inability to use ReelAlign. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published. If a material change requires consent, notice will be provided as required by law.
